Deep Clean
The second phase of post-construction cleanup is the most time consuming and labor-intensive of the three phases. Many in the industry like to call it a “light clean.” However, we make sure that this step is far more than light. A deep clean requires much more time and attention to detail, as this is where the bulk of the dust and remaining evidence of construction will be removed. Our services include:
Thorough wipe down of walls, countertops, baseboards, appliances, and cabinets (we get inside each drawer and make sure there is no dust).
Vacuuming and mopping floors.
Cleaning sinks, toilets, showers.
Through wipe down of windows and doors.
Touch Up
This final step is done about 7 days after the deep clean to allow for all the leftover construction dust to settle. We ensure that every corner, every cabinet does not get missed. Our services include:
Wiping down any areas where dust has accumulated (counters, windowsills, baseboards, etc.)
Cleaning windows.
Vacuuming/mopping floors.
Removing stickers from appliances.
Removing any smudges or stains.
